THE JOB

The primary functions of this role are to support the Sales Team, both pre & post sale, and manage multiple accounts. This position will require attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills and experience handling large accounts. This role will work closely with our Brand Management Team, Agency Clients, Marketing, Programmatic, and Ad Operations Team on all responsibilities listed below.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Pre-Sale
• Respond to RFP Requests from National and Local Sales.
• Participate in initial kick-off call and strategize with Seller and Marketing.
• Create cohesive and comprehensive media plan(s), looping in any necessary departments.
• Provide Seller with any additional materials such as audience descriptions or specs.
• Review all Insertion Orders before sending to Senior Management.

Post-Sale (External)
• Collect all digital assets from agency/client.
• Confirm launch and send screenshots within 48 hours of launch.
• Monitor campaign throughout flight and work with necessary teams to implement any optimizations needed to deliver in full.
• Communicate any necessary optimizations to client.
• Manage any plan revisions, IO revisions, and creative swaps.
• Work with proper teams to set up reporting cadence.
• Send Delivery Reports to client as frequently as determined.
• Send Post Campaign recap to Seller and Finance within 72 hours of campaign ending.
• Develop wrap deck with insights and future recommendations.
Other
• Attend client meetings with Sellers.
• Work on ad hoc projects with directions from Manager

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of digital experience in media planning or client service role
• Two years of project media related projects
• Experienced in digital media tools (Atlas, Doubleclick, DFP, comScore, etc.)
• Solution-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Programmatic understanding/experience a plus
