THE ROLE

The Systems Administrator IT Ops will play a pivotal role in managing Live Nation's Corporate email system in Exchange Online and manage cutting-edge technologies such as Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, Azure AD, Office 365 and Tanium.

The Systems Administrator will utilize automation to manage the North American computer fleet enforcing compliance policies, OS updates and application upgrades/ This person will also support the enablement of our remote workforce, leading cloud technology projects such as Microsoft Always On VPN, Windows Hello for Business, Azure AD migration, Windows 11 OS upgrades via Intune, and an email gateway migration.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage systems administration and ensuring email delivery and security for the organization across Exchange Online and on premises email servers, Email Gateway Services
• Manage Email Routing, Email Queues and diagnose email delivery failures
• Systems Administration of Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, AD Connect / Azure AD
• Deploy Windows security updates and software upgrades for computers in North America with Tanium
• Automate admin actions across thousands of users and computers globally using PowerShell
• Work with the onboarding team to manage Autopilot computer provisioning policies
• Administer Trend HES, CAS and Apex One for email and endpoint security
• Assist with security operations, actioning email and computer threats
• Administer various cloud technologies such as Druva, SolarWinds and TeamViewer
• Tier 3 support for the corporate email system
• Support ad hoc and road mapped project deliverables
• Create documentation and KB articles
• Support email migration support for recently acquired companies
• Support legal eDiscovery requests

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or similar discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years Systems Administration experience in Exchange Online
• Previous experience in a large organization of 1000+ employees preferred
• Experience managing computer endpoints using Intune, SCCM or similar management tools
• Experience managing a Tier 3 support queue
• Effective using Exchange Management Shell
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell
• Strong understanding of email routing and relays
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint security platforms such as Trend APEX One
• Organized with strong communication
• Able to adapt to constantly changing challenges
• Enthusiastic and positive
• Administration experience with Azure AD and AD Connect a plus
• Administration experience with federated auth via OKTA a plus
• Experience supporting email integrations and migrations a plus
• Pro-active attitude and self-disciplined
• Driven to stay current with latest technology
• Previous experience with email threat defense, email gateway administration, email header analysis preferred
• Experience with Autopilot a plus
• Experience with Tanium a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work to deadlines
• Solution oriented problem solver
