JOB DESCRIPTION – FINANCE MANAGER, CLUBS

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Chicago, IL

Division: Ticketmaster North America

Line Manager: VP, Sales & Client Support

Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

The Finance team partners with and supports Ticketmaster business leaders by providing financial information to influence business strategy.

THE JOB

The Finance Manager role is responsible for providing support to the Ticketmaster Clubs business segment. This role will act as a strategic business partner to the NA Sales team and will assist the Operations team with client financial inquiries, deal analysis, client settlements, and general inquiries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Assist with annual budgeting process for the Small Venues & Attractions segment
• Manage monthly reporting, forecasting, and cash management processes
• Prepare monthly presentations analyzing segment results with respect to profits, KPIs, and performance against existing budget
• Identifying monthly cash forecasts, as required
• Assisting with financial analysis preparation of current and proposed contract terms for prospective deals
• Supporting negotiation process with presentation materials for client discussions, as needed
• Work with the Sales team to understand areas of opportunity and identifying areas of exposure/risk associated with proposed deal terms during the negotiation process
• Ensuring deal contracts are written and executed in line with approved financial terms and projections by reviewing contracts
• Track client performance once deal is signed, while communicating concerns and findings to the Sales team, as applicable
• Conducing financial risk assessments and due diligence to determine feasibility for entering into such agreements
• Analyze client pre-paid expenses to confirm balances are allocated accordingly

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and developing clear, data-driven business recommendations
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
