Patriot Management represents over 45 artists, songwriters and producers.

What you will do:
• Prioritize, problem solve, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact.
• Compile schedules and itineraries.
• Coordinate, supervise, and complete special projects.
• Gather, enter and/or update data in records and databases.
• Review and file invoices, update spreadsheets, and handle payment tracking.
• Review and edit confidential documents.
• Support team with any other additional needs.
• Must be flexible as priorities shift

What you will bring:
• 1-2 years administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
• General knowledge of key industry players and familiarity with all music
• Highly organized individual must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar programs.
• Familiar with concert ticket counting indexing/ cataloging
• Experience working with teams in different geographies/time zones a plus.
• Experience with a travel and expense system, specifically Concur a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, forecast issues, and handle last minute projects to meet deadlines.
