THE TEAM

The Marketplace Product team at Ticketmaster drives the consumer experience for the online and mobile face of the business and the technology behind it - which enables fans to discover and buy the music, sports or arts and theatre tickets they just can't miss.

THE ROLE

As an Associate Product Manager in our Accounts & Identity team, you will work with the Senior Product Manager to deliver critical tooling to capture demand for the highest-profile tours, reward fans with access, and ensure our high-demand sales run smoothly and revenues can be maximized

In this role, you will work closely with our TM Music team, clients, and marketing to define, prioritize, and execute product development to elevate our bespoke artist campaign feature, Verified Fan – an unrivalled product to capture interest in upcoming tours and ensure the tickets get into the hands of fans. Knowing who someone is, what they want, when and how they want it will drive commercial success, fan satisfaction, and loyalty.

You will be responsible for defining and documenting requirements for the backend system, fan registration experience and the distribution of presale invitations ~ working closely with creative and engineering teams to design, implement, test, and deploy in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributing to the product life cycle: defining, prioritising requirements, delivery, and post-launch care.
• Optimizing the tooling for operational efficiency, reducing toil, and ensuring campaigns can be built and executed with ease.
• Iterating on existing and building new features to capture relevant and powerful data points, to deliver innovative fan presales and drive incremental value for our artists.
• Creating product specifications through clear and consistent user stories, with acceptance criteria that are validated by relevant business stakeholders.
• Driving through the delivery of features from conception to launch, creating deployment plans and working with design, engineering, and operations teams to execute.
• Documenting new processes and configuration capabilities, liaising with our training teams to create assets to support feature rollout and new user onboarding.
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of proven product experience, ideally working on eCommerce products in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload with minimal guidance whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrable experience of interpreting business needs and converting to requirements.
• Understanding of agile product management techniques, including epic and story creation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management, dealing with remote colleagues, across business areas.
• Demonstrable research and discovery skills including competitor analysis, data modelling, and testing.
• Practical experience using reporting and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mind-set.
• Results and delivery focused with an eye for quality.
• Ability to adjust priorities and approaches.
