Associate Product Manager, Accounting

Job Description

The Orchard is looking for an Associate Product Manager who will join our talented product team in the US and work on our suite of accounting products that serve our customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do:
• Work closely with the content area Product Manager to help execute on the long-term product vision
• Help translate the roadmap into a streamlined backlog via collaboration and coordination with the Product Manager and Engineering team
• Tactically own and drive completion of the backlog
• Coordinate launch activities and implement KPI tracking to measure success

Who You Are:
• Has a track record of successful execution and launch of features that help drive a long-term roadmap
• Experience working with products from ideation to launch to ongoing iteration and support
• Extremely effective at driving individual work, as well as, collaborating and influencing others
• Has strong organizational and analytical skills paired with the ability to drive complex projects with partners in Design and Engineering in an agile outcome-focused environment

Bonus Points:
• Experience working in the music industry
• Experience working in banking, financial technology, tax and auditing, or related field
• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $95k to $110k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
