The Senior Generalist artists are expected to handle the most complex level of cleanup tasks with high efficiency and minimum guidance.

Qualifications

Essentials:
• Ability to analyse the shots and finding the most efficient way of solving it without any support from the leads.
• Strong knowledge in Nuke
• Should have overall knowledge of 2d pipeline.
• Able to analyse the requirements of dependencies with other departments in advance( eg rotos, dmp, or matchmove support).
• Should have the eye for detail and able to analyse shots creatively and aesthetically.
• A strong creative eye and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage complex shots.
• Ability to manage tricky frame by frame paint tasks.
• Able to manage beauty tasks
• Able to manage complex cleanups on hair and cloth.
• Ability to handle others work file when required
• Ability to handle roto tasks as well (simple to complex level)
• Good written and oral communication skills

Any of the following is a bonus:
• Flare
• Basic 3d knowledge
• Good knowledge of Mocha for tracking

Any of the following is a great advantage:
• Basic knowledge of compositing  
• Experience of Leading a roto prep team in the past
