The ideal candidate will be highly creative, passionate, and hard-working with an interest in post production. You will play an integral role in the day-to-day dealings of the department by providing overall administrative support to the Production Team.

What you'll do:
• Research prep materials and background information on clients and for various projects.
• Assist team with post-production schedules.
• Update and maintain production libraries, create reels, assisting in creating PO's, for vendors.
• Work with Scheduling to make sure that projects are scheduled and schedules are updated regularly to secure the right team.
• Work with Artists, take notes during meetings and collate feedback to distribute to the associated artist on any given project.
• Work with producer on pulling together pitches, creating decks when needed and supporting any other admin tasks.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

What you'll need:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Camera knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational ability and work ethic a must.
• Knowledge of file formats and delivery specs is desirable.
• Experience of a VFX pipeline is advantageous.
