An MM/RA Supervisor is responsible for seamless operations and growth of the Matchmove & Rotoanimation team.

Job Responsibilities
• Aliasing with CG/VFX Supervisor and Production team to bid, plan, and execute MM/RA jobs.
• Project allocation and task division using production management tool.
• Project bidding
• Team management – overseeing the smooth functioning of all teams
• Mentoring and guidance to leads and artists.
• To give regular feedbacks and reviews to leads and artists.
• Collaborate with L&D team to design and implement effective upskill and cross-skill training programs.
• Driving the performance review and appraisal program for the MM/RA team.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience of successfully supervising international projects.
• Proven leadership experience of heading large teams.
• High proficiency in 3D Equalizer and Nuke.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail, and clear understanding of clients' requirements.
• Detailed understanding of camera and lens functions.
