We're looking for a talented mid-level designer to join our in-house global marketing team and work across a diverse range of projects including digital, print and branding. The role will be based in the London office, which is currently working remotely.

As a passionate and talented designer with motion design experience, you'll have the ability and initiative to take control of briefs from the marketing team and help to develop the creative with a solid understanding of all aspects of the design process: from concept through to artwork.

You'll be able to work within existing guidelines but also look for new ways to push boundaries, translating brand and marketing objectives into beautiful and clear visual communication to deliver stunning work of the highest standard. Specialising in digital, you'll set the standard for our web, display, email and social media design.

Responsibilities:
• Be a creative powerhouse across design, storytelling and general awesome ideas. A base of strong graphic design principles - typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Develop brand editorial design language, utilising style guides to ensure consistency of brand identity and core values.
• Take ownership of in-house digital design including social media, websites, display, PowerPoint and Keynote sales decks and email ensuring we're up-to-date, designing to the latest standards and making the most of new features and technology.
• Produce creative and engaging email designs (HubSpot) which are effective across browser & device.
• Work with our talented team of marketers to develop digital assets for social media (Instagram Feed & Stories, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube)
• Develop designs for marketing campaigns which can be rolled out across multiple media platforms including web and social media.
• Work as the sole designer within the in-house marketing team, working closely with the Global Brand Manager to produce excellent creative work.
• Present concepts and final proposals back to the global marketing team.

Qualifications
• 3 years experience in a similar role for an agency or in-house agency
• Solid understanding of design for digital
• Experience designing assets suitable for social media and desktop/mobile
• Experience of UX/UI for cross-platform applications, usability principles
• Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
• Familiar with After Effects / Video Editing
• Diverse and exciting portfolio
• A genuine love of design, typography, colour and branding
• Fastidious attention-to-detail and focus on quality of output
