• Leading Project Teams across single or multiple departments.
• Responsible for the project quality: Design and implement the creative direction of each shot and sequence.
• Ensure clients' visions are met by constantly improving upon their requirements.
• Responsible for project's timely delivery.
• Set the example by picking up complex tasks / solutions where needed.
• Work with Production / Dept Supervisors in scheduling the right talent.
• Suggest smart solutions, when necessary, to meet set objectives.
• Conduct internal dailies / give critique and follow up with department leads and artists ensuring successful reviews with homesites.
• Coordinates the work with different studios that collaborate in the same project.
• Collaborate with homesite counterparts.
• Plan job's execution – define schedules, workflow and methodology as required with the support of production and HoWs. And provides reviews to the Producer on the progress of the work carried out by the team.
• Mentoring the team.
• Provide artists performance on job to DM/ Dept Supervisors/ HODs.
