Video Editor / Coordinator

Job Description

Our Video Editor/Coordinator is responsible for the daily post-production and editing of original, archival and tournament related video content for Tennis Channel International and related stakeholders.
Our Video Editor/Coordinator will successfully navigate all phases of post-production from conception to delivery for the Tennis Channel International brand. They possess video editing skills, intermediate to advanced graphics skills and is a strong communicator among peers.

This individual will also track and ingest ENG assets from existing tournaments and internal studio shows.

The role reports to the Executive Producer of Tennis Channel International and works closely with both the content and OTT operations teams.
Our Video-Editor is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented and results-driven environment and possesses excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in order to effectively interact with a network of Tennis Channel stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Edits engaging video content for Tennis Channel International
• Maintains and executes on all production calendar deliverables
• Maintains technical standards of all post-production content
• Creates versioning edits for different platforms
• Tracks all tournament related content from portals
• Tracks and ingests footage from ENG field production
• Assembles and delivers footage for editing team.
• Utilizes industry standard digital content and editing software
• Maintains Tennis Channel International's brand voice through overall tone and images; works in close collaboration with the team's graphic designer as well as other individuals within the division

Required qualifications:
• A minimum of an undergraduate degree
• 3+ years of editing experience in the linear television, digital video or OTT content space
• Extensive experience with video and image editing software and processes, including Avid and Adobe Suite
• Intermediate to advanced graphic (including motion graphics) and video editing skills in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to juggle heavy workloads and keep multiple projects on track
• A deep understanding of how to organize and manage content ingestion and editorial / scheduling

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
