Associate Producer

Job Description

Immerse yourself in an openly collaborative and creative environment as an Associate Producer for Tennis Channel's content team. As an Associate Producer you will help in the ideation, execution, and delivery of videos for both TC's linear and non-linear platforms. It will also be an opportunity to learn more about the overall sports media ecosystem, work in the field at large events and occasionally deal with high-profile talent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Helps in creative process of planning shoots
• Organizes media in projects that are ready for edit in Avid
• Oversees in house gear and keeps up with maintenance
• Work in the field with film crew to capture tennis matches & features
• Aids in creating edit schedule juggling Producer & Editor availability
• Assists with shoot logistics e.g., camera gear, permitting, and media management
• Interviews with players/coaches

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-4 years' experience in Television production
• Knowledge of Avid, Adobe Suite. We are an Avid house
• Strong working knowledge of camera equipment
• An earnest interest in sports and/or tennis
• Willing to work untraditional hours, including nights and weekends
• Able to travel and work large crowd events – sometimes internationally
