TEGNA's Multicast Networks include 24/7 entertainment properties True Crime Network, Quest, and Twist.

We are seeking a part-time Traffic Coordinator to assist in the scheduling of programming and advertising inventory. This position will work approximately 10-20 hours per week at the discretion of the Traffic Manager, with requirements to be available up to 40 hours during select peak periods.

The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, though remote candidates will be considered. Also, this will be a primarily work from home role with in-person work required at the discretion of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Work assigned logs repeatedly to ensure maximum placement of highest revenue spots
• Process new orders as they are created, working those spots into the logs on a continuing basis
• Check for any log/spot conflicts to ensure proper placement and maintain separation rules
• Communicate on regular basis with sales team to ensure optimal ad fill and ensure orders are processed properly
• Apply copy instructions to all orders for assigned networks and regularly double-check that copy instructions have been properly followed
• Ensure that all advertising complies with TEGNA's ad standards
• Schedule promos, in coordination with the Promotions Producer, to properly highlight programming blocks
• Export and publish logs at the proper time at the direction of the Traffic Manager and the Director of Production
• Run reports out of WideOrbit as requested by management

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
• 1-3 Years of experience in a traffic, scheduling or sales inventory management role in a fast-paced media environment
• Experience working within WideOrbit, preferably WO Network and/or WideOrbit Program
• Experience producing and manipulating basic reports in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, particularly over email

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%

Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
