Responsibilities
The Manager, Digital Ad Sales Finance – will provide Ad Sales Finance support for the Hispanic digital media properties (Telemundo, Deportes and Universo) and will be exposed to revenue-related finance/pricing for this growing and dynamic business. This specific role will also include portfolio responsibilities including providing Ad Sales Finance support for the Programmatic / Ad Smart Business.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing support to Director/Sr. Manager, Ad Sales Finance in fundamental reporting and analysis
• Ownership of Sales reporting and metrics analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Support revenue forecasting process (budget, long range plan, estimates)
• Assist in monthly financial close
• Research drivers of key variances and trends
• Improve depth of existing reporting to provide better analytical tools for both Finance and Sales teams
• Leverage best practices with peers to develop consistent processes for the entire Digital Portfolio
• Execute ad hoc historical advertising spending reporting requests
• Gain in-depth knowledge of all Sales & Finance systems used for reporting (SAP, Operative, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, etc.)
• Work with Sales team to ensure that sales data is financially accurate
• Develop expertise in Internet ad market trends, growth, and competition
• Work cross-functionally on ad hoc, Sales related project work

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years finance experience

• Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with SAP, Operative, and/or Salesforce
• Demonstrates an interest and knowledge of media
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines, and address last minute requests in an efficient manner
