Job Description
Responsibilities
The Telemundo Digital Analytics team seeking an analyst to join our team. The analytics team supports the health and growth of Telemundo's digital products with data and insights. The digital research analyst will play a critical role on the team - building and maintaining our core dashboards, which monitor the performance of our products and experiences and inform decision making. This highly visible role interfaces with teams throughout the organization such as editorial, marketing, communications, product, and operations.

Job Duties
• Support the Strategy and Insights team in the creation of analyses, reports, presentation, and marketing materials that help drive insights across Telemundo Enterprise
• Manage data collections from 1st Party and 3rd Party sources (Adobe Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, NetBase Quid)
• Communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and senior management in a thoughtful and timely manner
• Develops internal and competitive benchmarks based on historical performance
• Stays abreast of changing social media and digital media industry trends
• Supports key stakeholders with ad hoc analyses as needed
• Works under the direct supervision of the Sr Manager, Cross Platform Analytics and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum (1) year of experience in research, measurement, or insights within the media industry, ideally with direct experience in linear and digital TV
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in analyzing digital video performance using traditional and nontraditional approaches and metrics
• Deep knowledge of content and offerings across broadcast and cable video landscape
• Outstanding project management and time management skills: proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and organizational objectives
• Experience with digital & social media reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, comScore, Shareablee, ListenFirst, CrowdTangle, Facebook Insights, Facebook Creator Studio, Twitter Analytics, Twitter Media Studio, YouTube Studio, Nielsen Social, NetBase)
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and IF function) and PowerPoint
• Experienced in the creation of audience-tailored presentations that tell a story convincingly
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, DOMO is a plus

Desired Characteristics
• Proficient written and verbal communications in Spanish, a plus
• Ability to identify problems with data quality and minimize reporting errors
• Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated strong analytic ability; critical thinker; fast learner; proactive problem solver
