Technicolor Creative Studios have ambitious expansion plans globally. Key to this expansion is the ability to create and robust workforce plans that allow us to growth at pace.

As the Workforce Planning Manager you will be responsible for collating forecasts over the short, medium and long term based upon both pipeline and revenue targets for the service line. You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, HR and recruiting teams to help to introduce detailed workforce plans in order to drive efficiencies and bring a consistent approach to working with the service lines in a high growth environment.

We are in search of a data driven individual that can hit the ground running in an ambiguous environment and is comfortable in creating and implementing procedures from scratch. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and is looking to make a significant mark on the business.

Responsibilities
• Analyse, forecast and fulfil the workforce requirements for the service line across markets as we scale on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis
• Work with global leads to build and deploy reliable workforce planning processes that account for local nuances across all sites
• Produce accurate workload forecasts accounting and highlight trends through the power of analysis.
• Create and promote consistent processes across the Service Line and sharing of best practice initiatives across all Service Lines.
• Produce what-if scenarios to assist with business cases and providing headcount and cost projections to support managerial decision making.
• Develop strong relationships with various business partners in order to influence workforce planning decision making.
• Help to strategize & coordinate across the Service Lines in partnership with Brand Specific Global Workforce Planning Leads for talent resource sharing & utilization maximization.

Qualifications
• Experience in developing and evolving successful workforce planning forecasts.
• Ability to analyse and understand business, Finance and workforce data.
• Ability to plan, and manage, in line with multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment, able to take work independently by following processes and own direction.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of best practice and innovative workforce planning strategies.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate professional credibility with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong influencing skills, ability to articulate business benefits.
