• Compiling/producing product support documentation.
• Maintaining support documentation repositories.
• Host onboarding/support/training sessions with users when required.
• Work closely with product CSMs to ensure all communications are clear.
• Work closely with BTI Development Team to ensure communications are technically accurate.
• Build quarterly and annual training program
• Present all the technical and supply training requirements
• Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
• Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs
• Manage and organize all digital and physical documentation
• Comply with all privacy and security regulations
• Develop a high-level filing system

Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency creating documentation and conducting Trainings
• Familiarity with common office software (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Minimum 4 Years work exp in similar kind of role
• At least 1+ year in an administrative role
• Knowledge and experience in creating technical documentation for software products
• Well Organised
• Self-Motivated
