• Responsible for all data entry into the ADP systems (Celergo / GlobalView) for their assigned stakeholder countries. Ensuring all data is fully approved from a legitimate source prior to entry. Data entry will be via spreadsheet loads and manual data inputting. Ensuring all data entered is fully checked for accuracy prior to and after entry.
• Following all payroll and benefits procedures as subscribed in the operational payroll and benefits guidelines for pre-payroll, post payroll and year-end activities.
• Continual adherence to the bi-weekly / monthly payroll and benefits schedule.
• Understanding of local Time, Attendance and Absence policies of each brand in each country to authenticate and error check the T&A prior to loading into payroll.
• Understanding of local Benefits in each country to authenticate and error check the Benefits data prior to loading into payroll.
• Apply best practices within the payroll process to ensure that internal compliance is maintained. Participate in all internal and external payroll and benefits audits as required. Produce payroll or benefits reports on request.
• Attend training with local Payroll / Benefits leads and recommend process improvements.

PROFILE
• Comfortable working in North American time zones for more than half the week (typically this will be 6pm IST to 4am IST).
• 2+ years in a payroll and/or benefits function
• Previous experience working in a ''Shared Service Center'' environment within a large matrix organisation providing HR services (ideally payroll or benefits services) to at least one of the following countries: France, UK, USA or Canada
• Ability to work quickly with high levels of accuracy. Ability to always adhere with weekly / bi-weekly / monthly schedules and working with multiple schedules.
• Able to escalate issues with confidence to the local Payroll / Benefits Lead
• Starter-finisher and able to remain self-motivated
• Familiar with financial compliance, governance and best practice

Fluent in business English.
