Senior Vice President (SVP) – Global Virtual Production and On-Set Service

Technicolor Production Services is the division with Technicolor which contain Technicolor's world leading Visual effects and Animation brands such as MPC, Mr X, The Mill, and Mikros.

The SVP Global Virtual Production and On-Set Services will be responsible for leading Technicolor's VP and On Set services worldwide across all brands. Technicolor is already a global leader in Virtual Production and On-Set Services, having pioneered state-of-the-art VFX production techniques in shows like The Lion King. But Technicolor is also known for VP services in Advertising, Television, Animation, and Gaming.

This position will build on Technicolor's Virtual Production and On-set services momentum by providing overall leadership and cohesion across all Technicolor brands globally, including MPC, The Mill, Mr X, Technicolor Games, and Mikros animation.

Brief description of the role
• Develop a strategic Virtual Production and On-Set services vision and stategic plan across all business units, including short, medium, and long-term goals and objectives
• Oversee day-to-day implementation of the plan
• Develop, in collaboration with Technicolor's CTO Group (and other departments) concrete plans and proposals to drive Virtual Production and On-Set services, including detailed work plans, budgets, investment committee decks, status reports, etc.
• Collaborate with Technicolor's CTO Group to form formal partnerships with external entities, business partners, and clients to support the company's virtual production and on-set plans
• Supervise senior Virtual Production and On-set Service team members
• Design and oversee deployment of virtual production stages in strategic locations
• Oversee development of marketing materials to ''Tell the Technicolor Story'' and work with Sales to develop sales and bidding strategies and pricing
• Form and oversee a global Virtual Production / On-Set tiger team to encourage collaboration, sharing of expertise, and client contacts
• Form and oversee an advisory group to provide direction and input from stakeholders such as Producers, On-Set personnel, Technical staff, etc.
• Provide periodic updates to Executive Management

Qualifications

Any of the following skills is a bonus:
• MBA / or equivalent business experience, including business case development, cost analysis, financing and budgeting

Any of the following Experience is a great advantage:
• Credits on major films, television productions
