Technicolor is looking for a responsible Paralegal/EA to join our team. A successful paralegal/EA will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent grammar, and attention to detail along with the ability to manage multiple projects (including legal research). Our ideal candidate has previous experience as both a paralegal and EA and must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and have the ability to multitask, manage time-sensitive deadlines and keep information confidential. The candidate must be team-oriented, flexible and adaptable to different work styles.

You will start working from home and then join the team in the office as we migrate our policies back into the office. In the meantime, you will stay in contact with others on the team via video conference & telephone This position will report to the corporate governance team for North America and will have strong interface with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Your main duties will be to provide paralegal and administrative assistance to in-house attorneys, including.

Review basic legal agreements at the direction of in-house attorneys.

Prepare board and shareholder minutes and resolutions, prepare powers of attorney, and maintain corporate minute books and general corporate governance and oversight for multiple legal entities in multiple territories, including managing domestic and foreign agents.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, letters and memos at the request of the supervising attorney..

Read and analyze incoming correspondence to determine their significance and plan their distribution..

Perform general office duties, such as managing executive calendars, maintaining records, etc..

Make travel arrangements for in-house attorneys..

Prepare purchase orders and manage vendor billing for various law firms, data storage and agents..

Additional duties as assigned..

Experience:

Proficient in the use of office automation equipment/software related to activities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years paralegal experience..

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
