Following 'spin-off' in Q3 2022, there is a strategic & commercial need to establish a strong brand presence for 'Technicolor Creative Studios'. We will be our own entity and need our own lane from a brand profile and engagement perspective, separate from the former 'Technicolor'.

We have recently established new communication channels for TCS: New website, social channels and so on. We need to build our content marketing strategy and profile major stories from across the studio network.

There are two key global audiences for all TCS marketing & PR activities:
• Industry clients & partners: Film, TV, Animation, Games and Advertising
• Global talent: existing staff, prospective talent, wider creative community
• Marketing Manager for Technicolor Creative Studios will be the operational brand lead for all marketing strategy and planning for the global studio network: Owned, Earned & Paid
• The Marketing Manager will prepare and execute annual and quarterly content marketing plans, aligned with the commercial and creative needs of the business. This will involve working in close collaboration with central Creative, Digital & PR teams to action all plans

TCS Brand Marketing

The Marketing Manager will be the operational brand lead for all things Technicolor Creative Studios:
• Build quarterly brand plans in line with commercial needs of the business, our studios and annual industry 'big beats' (Academy Awards, VES, Cannes, GamesCom etc.)
• Work in partnership with Internal Comms team to build a shared communications plan to optimise relevant global calendar beats (ie. International Women's Day, LGBTQ+ Pride, Juneteenth etc.)
• Development of TCS marketing materials: Reels, presentations, White papers and supporting assets for local and global teams, in partnership with specialist central marketing & PR teams (digital, creative, PR, events etc.

Work in partnership with Brand Marketing and PR to develop and own global events strategy and planning for TCS
• One centralised global programme of events to support all studio needs
• Regular cadence of virtual & IRL events
• Industry big beats across film, TV, Animation and Advertising
• Support needs of: Brand, sales, PR and recruitment
• Work in partnership with PR and Digital to 'sweat' every event and generate industry buzz
• Development of all event materials as necessary: booth design & production, event planning, branded merchandise, content and key stakeholder coordination (sales, brand, PR, recruitment)
• Manage central TCS marketing budget in line with approved campaign strategy

Talent Marketing
• 'Talent' should be seen as a primary audience cohort for ALL marketing activities within TCS and our studio brands (alongside 'clients & industry partners') – any prospective job hunter will automatically seek out our business online, on social and within the wider industry media
• As our business grows and evolves, the recruitment of new staff continues to be a global priority for all TCS studios – from world class creative talent to support and administrative functions
• We also need to build profile and engagement around the TCS Academy and drive new talent applications. There is huge opportunity for us to reframe the TCS Academy as a 'youth inspiration programme', through partnerships with student bodies, VFX influencers and the wider creative community.

Qualifications
• 5+ years Marketing & PR
• Exposure to full mix marketing: digital & social, content, PR, events & CRM
• Experience of working in a fast paced, international environment
• Passion for creative industries: Film, TV, Gaming, Animation or Advertising
