This role reports to the Infrastructure Operations Supervisor, Mikros, Montreal. We seek to appoint an Infrastructure Operations Assistant to help manage the local site and coordinate the Systems team handling duties such as:
• Project coordination
• Task Triage
• Asset Management
• Ticketing / Support

This is a varied role that includes working closely with the Infrastructure Operation Supervisor, liaising within our Global Technology group, managers, and other visual effects departments. It is important applicants are resilient, proactive and know how to work cohesively as part of the bigger picture. This role is ideal for people interested in evolving to a managerial role within technology

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Technology runners
• Creating documentation
• Ticket triage – dispatching and prioritizing tickets from ticket-tracking system
• Keeping track of and managing assets inventory for Software & Systems Departments
• Coordinating and executing transfer plans with department managers and systems administrators
• Facilitating information flow across teams, departments
• Coordinating project tasks and their dependencies

Qualifications
• Prior experience in a technology driven field, with prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience within a deadline driven environment
• Project Management and Scheduling skills
• Clear confident communicator
• Organized and focused
• A strong commitment to service, quality, and reliability
• A personable nature who knows how to be upbeat and motivate teams in times of delivery
• Experience in delivering technology projects
• Media & Entertainment industry experience is preferred but not essential
