The European People Partner team is composed of skilled HR professionals supporting all our Technicolor Creative Studios businesses throughout Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands & UK).

We are looking for a HR project manager to join the team and support our Technicolor Creative Studio brands. This role is based in our London office in Soho. This is a fixed term contract of one year with opportunity to join permanently following the initial term.

The HR project manager is responsible for driving key cross brand initiatives which include labor compensation, talent development and mapping. All these initiatives will be vital as we recover and grow during 2022 and beyond.

This role covers all our studios throughout UK: MPC Film, MPC Episodic, The Mill and MPC Advertising London.

Qualifications
• Management of cross brand HR projects across the region.
• Build recommendations and timelines to align compensation in the region; implementing salary banding/target salaries where they do not currently exist.
• Harmonization of compensation across Technicolor Creative Studios within UK.
• Use the data/financial analysis to drive the alignment of salary frameworks in the region.
• Monitoring of DEI targets in the region, impact of programs and the creation of future opportunities.
• Partnership with DEI communities to further diversify our talent pipeline and pathways.
• Understand the Academy road map and working with internal team and Country heads on external opportunities to help positioning and development.
• Job centre schemes and partnership – RESTART, KICKSTART.
• Partnership with ACCESS VFX, university placement schemes.
• Apprenticeship programme.
• Change Management – act as lead on new/cross brands strategic projects and initiatives such as; creation of job referential across Technicolor Creative Studio brands, Skills Mapping, identification of talent risk and strategize on opportunities, review internal UK processes for improvement and efficiency.
• Architect global talent strategies around engagement and employee experience to drive the commitment and energy that employees bring to work, which impact attraction and retention

Key Skills:
• Proven project and/or Change Management experience with experience in HR background.
• Organisational skills – personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key
• Communication skills – ability to manage diverse personalities and viewpoints; the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital
• Commercial acumen – being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business
• Role modelling – demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of an organisation
• Trust – a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise
