We are now looking for an experienced Global Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) to lead the overall direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the QA department for our newly created stand-alone division Technicolor Games, responsible for developing strategic plans and goals to ensure a high level of QA testing for products and services. Responsible for people, processes, and support for ongoing game development. Working with scrum masters, producers and others to craft and execute the Test Strategy that will help reach high-quality results reporting directly to the president of the division.

Partnering with teams worldwide to reach a more efficient solution to our partner's everyday problems and streamline delivery, supporting the QA Discipline leadership and helping to inform the long-term vision of Technicolor Games Quality Assurance. Planning, directing and controlling the QA function in order to meet company goals.

• Create a quality strategy that impacts development and product strategy within the team
• Lead the quality assurance efforts across multiple initiatives and teams
• Identify, recruit, interview, and hire QA professionals to help teams scale effectively
• Establish partnerships with engineering, design and art teams across the project
• Manage the operating budget, forecasts and projections for the Quality Assurance team including off-shore QA activities
• Constantly evaluate the test automation strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement
• Promote quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures to ensure that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards.
• Promote and execute Quality best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Define and report metrics on service quality
• Manage the QA professionals on the project including managers and individual contributors, and guide their day-to-day work
• Participate in planning/design phases of testing solutions and drive improvements.
• Leads risk management activities throughout the service lifecycle
• Manage and communicate QA schedules at regular intervals, highlight risks and wins to the executive team, and alert leadership of any QA scheduling conflicts
• Act as a senior-level escalation point
• Work with Production Services Global Head of Facilities on building and lease requirements
• Coordinate global efforts by establishing procurement, marketing and technical services policies and practices, coordinating actions with relevant management teams across Production Services and Technicolor central functions
• Oversee relationships with partners/vendors or projects that involve 3rd party vendors

Qualifications
• 5+ years of management experience of quality assurance staff
• 5+ years of experience in game development
• 5+ years of experience managing outsourcing capabilities
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple simultaneous QA projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including problem-solving, decision making, written and oral communications, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Demonstrated ability to seek out, build, foster, and maintain productive relationships and networks
• Knowledgeable about a variety of testing methodologies, including, but not limited to: compatibility testing, performance testing, unit testing, user experience, test-driven development, regression, and acceptance testing
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to build consensus and create teamwork to achieve goals and success
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Able to analyze, define and drive process improvement
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous experience working within a team used to managing and delivery against multiple and complex projects
• Adaptable to changing demands
• Ability to appropriately empower others, hold people accountable and ensure accomplishment of goals and/or tasks
• Proactively communicate concerns/issues to mitigate risk
