Based in our London Offices, the Executive Search Specialist is responsible for identifying, targeting and approaching Senior/Executive talent in the market to fill highly specialised and strategic positions globally across our family of creative brands.

What you'll do
• Build and develop key relationships with the Executive and Senior Management team across production services.
• Partner with the executive team to get a clear view of their strategic hiring needs.
• Research, track and identify prospective, diverse candidates by devising and carrying out a targeted sourcing strategy.
• Create & maintain talent maps of new markets and territories for key roles.
• Shape relationship maps demonstrating how key senior roles are connected.
• Develop and grow a global pipeline of qualified Senior Executive candidates through constant sourcing, networking, and managing of prospects.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Present short-listed candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on-boarding.

Qualifications
• International working experience with expertise hiring top-tier Senior and Executive level talent.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes with exceptional proficiency working with leadership teams to scope position requirements and create briefing docs.
• Strong knowledge of different recruitment platforms and experience leveraging various tools to source candidates and manage relationships.
• Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interface with internal & external clients.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment, adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and handle multiple priorities.
• Business acumen with a strategic mindset through the understanding of business drivers.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and confidentiality, with a successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
