• Experience in Analytics, data and insights generation to support client projects, in collaboration with other parts of Global team across function and business units.
• Experience in organization design consulting to enable business decision making on future state organization design, talent planning and workforce restructuring for organizations that are undergoing a large transformation or change effort
• Clearly understand and articulate business requirements by leveraging domain understanding of line of business & product/ function and deliver the results underlining the business problem and appropriate business decision levers
• Support research, analysis and development, perform primary and secondary research.
• Developing the reports considering the audience and maintaining minimalistic approach yet meticulous
• Create a Visualization report as per business demand in Excel BI, and PowerPoint as per requirement.
• Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
• Proactively do a root cause analysis and seek guidance on how to solve problems when issues arise.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics projects with knowledge of business analysis, modeling and reporting.
• Expert level capability in MS Excel (advanced use of formulas and data manipulation). Proven ability to create PowerPoint presentations for executive management
• Bachelor's degree, high standard of education, or equivalent work experience
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
• Ability to produce clear and concise verbal/written communication and data presentation (e.g., functional requirements, project/program requirements and roadmap, etc.)
• Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Capable of understanding business needs and translating them into tools and services
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment
• Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed
