The Mill Experience is The Mill's Immersive Experience Studio. We imagine, design and build pinnacle immersive experiences for the world's most ambitious brands.
We are world renowned visual storytellers - master crafters of simulated, elevated and extended realities. For over 30 years we have led the evolution of computer graphics from the linear stories of the screen to real-time fantasies in virtual spaces and incredible interactions in real places, perfecting our interactive craft in step with emerging real-time technologies.
With our global team of world class artists and creative technologists we work across the range of immersive Experiences: Location-based, Augmented and Virtual.
Mill Experience is a strategic studio within The Mill creating mixed reality, virtual events, experiential activations and interactive products for brands and agencies.
The globe-spanning team of forward-thinking technologists and creatives works on innovation consultancy, project management, design, and execution to dream and build concepts beamed from the future.
From augmented reality to artificial intelligence, we use our unrivaled expertise to craft memorable visual experiences to engage and captivate audiences.
Our Experience team works on a variety of projects with realtime and interactive elements, from AR filters to custom mobile applications to concerts in fully virtual worlds or razor wielding robot arms and we are looking for mid level creative technologists to help us build those experiences.
The majority of our work uses 3D in one form or another and so we're really keen to hear from people with experience of or an interest in game engines, realtime graphics, animation, rigging, procedural graphics or any of the many skills required in game development.
We also love shaders and we use them in almost all aspects of our work, whether functional UI elements, complex realtime visual effects or fully simulated computer shader systems. If you can create shaders for WebGL, Unreal Engine or any of Unity's renderers we would love to hear from you.
We can offer you a friendly, creative, collaborative and educational workplace where you can develop your skills and be exposed to different aspects of the industry. Our office is proud to boast some of the greatest artists in the worlds of visual effects and interactive and we want to grow our team with people who are just as excited to see their work be the best it can be and on all of the biggest stages.
