Technicolor Creative Studios:

With around 11k people and growing by double digits, TCS is the world's largest VFX organization and continues to be at the forefront of technological and creative innovation. Being responsible for some of the most memorable VFX films and advert, TCS partners with brands from Apple to Disney to create content that is consumed by millions across the globe. During a period of unprecedented growth TCS has recently started the process of separating from the wider group to form a separately publicly traded business. This will allow for continued growth and position us to remain at the forefront of the creative industry.
Our four business divisions: TCS is comprised of four business units, each market leading and each serving a different part of the entertainment industry. All four business are seeing considerable growth and there are no signs of this slowing.

The Mill – Serves advertising organizations and has helped create some of the world's most recognizable brands. With clients including Apple, Amazon, Budweiser and Nike The Mill is the most recognizable name in VFX advertising.

MPC – Serves Film and Episodic organization. Having won several Oscars and other prestigious awards MPC partners with all the world leading film studio and has worked on films including The Lion King, Godzilla, Top Gun, 1917, The Greatest Showman and Guardian of the Galaxy, to name but a few.

Mikros – Creating market leading animation, Mikros has created iconic shows such as Rug Rats, Alvin and the Chipmunks, SpongeBob and Paw Patrol.

Technicolor Games – Serves AAA game studios and work on asset creation as well as cinematics. Having worked on titles such as Call of Duty, Resident Evil, FIF and, Grand Theft Auto, Technicolor Games is growing incredibly quickly and rapidly moving into other areas of the games ecosystem.

Mission

The lawyer will be in charge of the following missions:

ü contribute to the social life of the parent company listed on Euronext (SBF 120), by participating in the following work:
o preparation of the files of the Board of Directors of the listed company and its committees (Audit Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee, Remuneration Committee Strategy Committee);
o assisting in preparation of the general meeting of TCS (draft resolutions, publications, convening brochure, governance roadshow, general organization);
o coordination and participation in the drafting of the reference document;
o preparation and follow-up of regulated information: share capital, half-yearly financial report, share buyback;
o monitoring of the Company's corporate governance obligations;
o steps related to shareholding (crossing thresholds, etc.);

ü follow the social life of the Group's subsidiaries:
o For French subsidiaries, drafting of documents relating to the decisions of the corporate bodies (approval of the accounts, increase or reduction of capital, change of director, various statutory amendments, etc.) in collaboration with the financial department and the auditors;
o For foreign subsidiaries, liaise with lawyers and review documentation;

ü ensure a legal watch on the subjects of stock exchange law and company law.

Qualifications

Profile

Holder of a postgraduate degree in business law with ideally a specialization or additional training in corporate law, you have a minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a law firm or a department specializing in corporate law of a listed company.

Skills & abilities

You have demonstrated your ability to be rigorous, analytical and synthesized, in a pragmatic approach. You have a sense of teamwork and are used to working in project mode with various interlocutors. A good command of office tools and an excellent practice of English are essential
