The Account Director will be joining a team of highly dedicated professionals providing world-class service to the video games industry. The ideal candidate would be an accomplished sales professional with demonstrable success in growing existing businesses and selling creative services to buyers within the games market. Additionally, direct experience working at a games outsourcing company would be advantageous. In this role, the primary focus will be on driving revenue across our existing business share of clients.

• Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve assigned revenue targets within schedule
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Develop expansive customer wiring within each customer organization identifying all key stakeholders in the buying process
• Coordinate sales effort within the sales organization as well as with various cross-functional team members
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
• Continuously engage customers to keep them current on service enhancements (releases).
• Documenting and tracking your process in the CRM and other platforms.
• Provide weekly forecasts and periodic activity reports to sales management.
• Leads the success & support team, aligning to prioritized customer solutions, managing the Strategic account plan at a global level.
• Establishes and nurtures strong executive sponsorship and manages the relationships with customer leadership to drive the execution of the support coverage model, strategic account plan, consumption roadmap & delivery execution oversight.
• Establish an engagement model and manage the communication & escalation strategies with customer leadership.
• Provides leadership and orchestration across the Production team, Technical specialists, customer technical teams, and others as appropriate.
• Aligns the strategic account planning and cross-organization to drive more revenue and success engagement execution aligned to the desired customer outcomes.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years experience selling into the major games studios.
• A strategic approach to Account Management
• Evidence of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Refined communication skills across all communication channels.
• Proven ability to work largely unaided in detecting, qualifying and generating new upsell opportunities
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and sales database tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management.
• Must be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.
• Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
