We are offering an opportunity to an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Motion Design T3 to be an integral part of the Design/VFX Team, in support of our Sports Social partners.

The WarnerMedia Studios T3 program is an eleven-month program geared to grow young talent who dream of being storytellers and have a passion to pursue a career as a Motion Designer. Candidates should have knowledge or/and experience with the foundations of design essentials such as creative thinking, an understanding of color and motion theory, typography, interpersonal communication and organizational skills, graphic design and layout, and organized file management.

Candidates will develop core essentials experience, plus gain knowledge of social workflows, understand sports branding, work towards building their skill set and provide graphic session support for the Sports Social team. There will be an extensive focus on the utilization of the Adobe Creative Suite.

What part will you play?
• A Design/VFX T3 is an entry level position geared at building the foundation for a career path towards motion graphics.
• This curriculum focuses on a foundation of knowledge that includes but is not limited to, designer support (i.e. motion design, rotoscoping, managing files, library management, file delivery and QC, etc.), and packaging partner assets for Social.
• But it's not all work and no play! T3s will also experience mentorship with some of the top Motion Graphic Artists in the industry as well as have access to top-of-the-line equipment and render farms.

What will you be doing?

As a Design/VFX T3, you will:
• Have the opportunity to create assets/content for our Sports Social partners
• Version for existing/new projects
• Provide designer support by rotoscoping and other asset preparation
• Perform package/asset delivery
• Monitor/QC work headed to partners

What do we need from you?
• Demo reel required
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Strong communicator
• High attention to detail
• Passion for motion graphics and social design

T3 Trainee Program
• The Turner Trainee Team (T3) program is designed for recent college graduates who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Trainees will be selected to receive a hands-on learning experience for 11 months in Turner's leading divisions.
• All T3's must be no more than 2 years post-graduation from an accredited university.
• This program is paid, with benefits.
• Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
