Job Description
The TBS/TNT/truTV Brand Creative Marketing Print Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Creative team on projects related to key art development, print production and print project management. The scope of work varies and touches on marketing mediums such as digital, broadcast, social, partnerships and OOH billboards/art.

Current WBD employees will be given preferential consideration for this opportunity.

The Job
• Track project schedules & timelines, deliverables, and designer schedules
• Work closely with internal and outside agencies on project assignments
• Archive and track assets, deliver instructions and assist in preparation of marketing materials
• Manage and track invoices, billing, and print production budgets
• Format / Manage creative requests from Marketing and Brand Creative
• Work with Marketing partners to ensure creative asset delivery
• Attend and participate in marketing meetings related to position
• Manage development of key art for series, collaborating with Program marketing, Development and show teams
• Present ideas and Creative in larger meetings with Development and the show teams.
• Think strategically and produce creative briefs that align with project goals.
• Manage development of logos and style guides for series
• Translate key art into digital assets.

The Essentials
• Detailed and well-organized individual w/experience in production management
• Proficiency in and working knowledge of Key Art production and Design processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
• Knowledge and experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of entertainment industry and digital trends
