The Director of Post Production is an experienced leader in the operational workflow and management of post-production of television series, short-form social episodes, branded content, and original unscripted content appearing on an internationally distributed streaming network and a collection of social channels that reach over 300M+ people a month.

What you'll be doing:
• Oversee Post Production operations, from day-to-day delivery to upcoming deadlines
• Oversee workflow for in-house team and external project-based hires
• Oversee VOD and Licensing deliveries
• Develop new strategies for efficiency and innovation
• Manage department P&L
• Oversee Post Schedule for branded and original content
• Manage Post Budgets for branded and original content
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as creative, production, business development, legal, finance, marketing, and Tech to troubleshoot project challenges and ensure internal needs are fulfilled
• Work strategically and in partnership with internal departments to build, maintain and improve internal and external processes, workflows and systems
• Oversee vendor invoices
• Ensure production and hand off specs are current
• Hire, negotiate and onboard new crew members as needed
What you'll bring:
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Post Production management
• Deep understanding of both low, mid and high budgets for digital and broadcast
• At least 3 years of experience as a Post Production Supervisor or a more senior-level role
• Familiarity with Avid and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Deep knowledge of post production processes including visual effects, editing, audio, and color
• Management workflow systems experience is a plus (CATDV, Google suite, Monday.com, etc.)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment supervising several projects in various points of production
• Familiar with the current trends and workflows
• Team player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current Post Production process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
