The ideal candidate must have a background in content, brand and B2B marketing with a keen sense for strategy, analytics and campaign development. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns across the portfolio of Tastemade streaming networks (globally), Tastemade DTC platforms including Tastemade Makers & Tastemade Experiences , an d support sales marketing among others. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing marketing department at a fast paced media and entertainment company.

What you'll be doing:
• Manage the development of content, brand, and B2B marketing campaigns from planning, strategy, to campaign development & execution.
• Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment
• Develop and maintain data and reporting processes with the Finance Team
• Interpret data from reporting dashboards and market research studies to understand customer behavior in order to make strategic recommendations
• Competent with data analysis and utilizing data to drive decision-making, specifically related to marketing effectiveness
• Lead coordination and communication for marketing projects: work with media agency and creative partners, coordinate assets, communicate cross-departmentally, and meet key project deadlines.
• Oversee creative development for campaigns, including asset toolkits, trailers, promos, sizzle reels, key art, social content etc., optimizing existing workflows and developing new ones.
• Coordinate with Publicity to book and schedule unit photographers and manage photo selects for series.
• Develop creative briefs, provide notes and feedback to creative teams throughout the creative development process.
• Manage marketing budgets for each project, track costs, ensure projects stay within budget, work with finance to set up and pay third party vendors.
• Develop and communicate presentations and project documents to align stakeholders and executives on project plans.
• Build post campaign reports for key projects, analyze key learnings and adapt best practices for future campaigns.
• Work closely with our international teams to coordinate local and global campaigns.
• Manage the day to day efforts across Tastemade's DEI initiatives managing strategy, campaigns and cross functional coordination.
• Support with partner marketing campaign strategy, planning and execution
• Support Head of Marketing with brand related initiatives including brand campaigns, and brand study
• Manage consumer campaigns for new platform launches, planning and execution, working with agency partner on media plans, creative and implementing campaigns.
• Develop a B2B marketing plan for sales initiatives, build out a yearly calendar and implement campaigns.
• Work on ad hoc projects with the Marketing Director as needed.

What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of marketing strategy, content marketing and campaign management experience at an entertainment network/studio, or media company.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or relevant qualification and experience
• Experience running marketing campaign workflows, timeline development and asset management.
• Ability to analyze data and apply it to strategy and tactical planning.
• Have a strong creative eye to push levels of creativity and keep campaigns on brand.
• Excel in managing timelines, and prioritize multiple overlapping projects/requests.
• Ability to own and take full responsibility for projects.
• Be a self-starter, identify challenges and develop action plans.
• Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders - at times, candidate will be main contact for executives, internal stakeholders, partners, and third-party agencies.
• A strong passion for Food, Travel, Home & Design is a plus.
