What you'll be doing:
• Create production plans and generate budgets (including assumptions, calendars, schedules and cash flow) for large-scale and small-scale productions for both digital media and network deals.
• Oversee budget/cash flow for all productions and review legal agreements/requirements in the contract phase.
• Track, manage and approve reports.
• Track, manage and approve all production expenses, payroll, and labor costs, both internal and through third-party vendors.
• Manage an internal production management team.
• Oversee set design and construction.
• Oversee location logistics.
• Respond to RFPs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure production timelines are established and maintained.
• Support clients on large-scale projects (including but not limited to participating in brainstorming conversations and liaising directly with the clients as needed).
• Negotiate deliverable requirements in contract phase and ensure final delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of standards and practices compliance; insurance; contracts and deal memos.
• Hire and cultivate a roster of both in-house and freelance production crew.
• Manage equipment needs and procurement.
• Maintain fidelity across accounting, billing and financial tracking procedures.
What you'll bring:
• 8+ years overseeing a large team of both full-time and contract employees
• Strong experience in Television, Film and Digital Media
• Extensive Budgeting Experience ideal
• 4+ years directly managing Production Managers and Line Producers
