We are seeking a Content & Distribution Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in social media, a deep understanding of lifestyle content, and a proven ability to amplify millennial entertainment and lifestyle brands.

• Own our brand voice and push it forward through innovation of content and content strategy, helping us in our mission of becoming a household name.
• Daily oversight of Brazil content and distribution team.
• Drive the strategy and evolution of dedicated social channels and platforms for both audience, engagement, and monetization.
• Be an internal and external champion for the Tastemade voice and everything that our editorial represents. Which means serving as a resource and expert across all digital platforms that we operate on.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all of Brazil programming and content strategy across all digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Kwai, Google, O&O, TV).
• Regularly assess and develop our content strategy by keeping in contact with our platform partners, industry experts and thought leaders in the space so that we can consistently stay ahead of the curve.
• Actively keep abreast of, and pitch, new content opportunities and revenue streams.
• Support brand strategists and sales teams to ideate creative branded campaigns that aligns with the Tastemade voice.
• Report and be accountable for KPI metrics, analytics and audience insights for each platform to inform creative and distribution strategies for original and branded programming.What you'll bring:
• 5+ years experience managing content strategy across multiple social media channels, preferably for a millennial audience of an entertainment or lifestyle brand;
• Proven ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels;
• Ability to interpret analytics, communicate results and formulate a strategy;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• A passion for Tastemade and a positive, upbeat attitude!
