We're seeking an Account Manager to support the Sales and Brand Partnerships Team in meeting their objectives and provide a high level of customer service to clients.

The right candidate will work hand and hand with Account Directors/ Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and agencies. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital advertising, ideally social , and be able to translate client goals and objectives into effective online advertising experiences. The role will be responsible for managing campaigns from sign-off to delivery, as well as providing pre-sales support with pitches to devise the most effective media plans and strategies to deliver client KPIs.

What you'll do:
• Support the Sales Team in client communications by helping pull together custom presentations with relevant insights on Tastemade including reach and audience data and case studies from previous campaigns.
• Assist the Brand Strategy team in the RFP process to advise on best delivery options and new products and develop media plans if needed by liaising with the finance and ad ops team.
• Enter and manage all proposed media plan entries into relevant 1st and 3rd party systems while focusing on strong media solutions for the client and profitability for Tastemade.
• Client point of contact for all post-sale campaign management including, but not limited to: client handling, asset and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, setting KPI benchmarks, recommending optimisations, monitoring performance and sharing detailed reporting and analysis , billing and delivery questions and overall responsibility for timely launch of all client deliverables.
• Creating various internal and external newsletters such as competitor analysis, quarterly insights and learnings, and a client facing Sales & Content Newsletter.
• Maintain information on new delivery options and best practices when allocating impressions on different channels.
• Assist sales team with research discovery and data pulls, used to strengthen campaign recommendations.
• Research and build full post-campaign analysis and work with the entire team to develop learnings for future campaigns. Create and present in client meetings post-campaign analysis and wrap reports.
• Responsible for the internal management of project status updates with all relevant internal departments.

What you'll bring:
• 2+ years of account management or sales planner experience preferred.
• Possess a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for online advertising.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong organisational skills – able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possesses both analytical and creative thinking skills, key to developing successful media plans for clients.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, clients and third-party vendors.
• Confidence in communicating with and presenting to clients and agency contacts .
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite
