Entertainment Warehouse Manager

Job Description

For over 40 years, Sure Sound and Lighting has provided video, audio, lighting, and transportation solutions to concerts and full tours, sporting events, shows, and more.

We are seeking a warehouse manager to join our team. This role is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing the warehouse employees as well as inventory, maintenance, loading and unloading equipment, along with shipping and receiving.

Ideal candidates must be self-motivated individuals, proficient in time management, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on occasion as needed, have exceptional organizational and planning skills, and experience in the entertainment industry.

Qualifications

· Strong verbal, digital, and phone communication skills

· Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

· Ability to read and follow a pack sheet

· Self-motivated individual with great time management skills

· Valid Nebraska Driver's License with preference given to those with a CDL

· Ability to lift 60 pounds or more

· Good with power tools, painting, and construction projects

· Fast learner that takes pride in their work

· Be able to work on your feet for extended periods

· Ability to operate heavy machinery including a fork-lift, boom lift, scissor lift, and reach lift

· Experience with barcode inventory management system

Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

· Organize and keep an accurate inventory of all equipment and assets owned and/or rented by Sure Sound and Lighting

· Organize and manage the warehouse

· Pull, clean, repair, and prepare equipment for upcoming events

· Maintain inventory par levels for all consumables/warehouse supplies

· Responsible for keeping the work area clean and well organized

· Work with operations team to staff additional labor for the upcoming events (when needed)

· Load and unload trucks

· Wash, sanitize, repair, replace, inventory returning equipment
