Summary of Position

Reporting into the SVP of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Manager/Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the hiring for various technical and non-technical teams across the company. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs. You will have the opportunity to build hiring processes from scratch, create proactive sourcing strategies while layering in diversity, and act as a strategic thought partner to the business.

Responsibilities
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and drive programs (e.g. sourcing and selection) that ensure recruiting strategies attract candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives

• Designing, building and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire top non-technical and technical talent

• Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel

• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

• Manage a Sr. Technical Recruiter while also leading full-cycle recruitment on open positions

• Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business projects and initiatives related to recruiting

Qualifications & Skills
• 7+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years overseeing in-house Technical Recruiting hiring programs

• 3+ years of leadership experience

• Experience building and scaling program hiring strategies for software development/ engineering talent

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, making both strategic and tactical decisions to navigate sensitive or confidential issues

• Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills

• Strong presentation skills- ability to articulate insights and share ideas leaders

• Build lasting working relationships with leaders across the organization

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000
