Summary of Position

Starz is a leading global media and entertainment company that provides premium subscription video and programming. We are looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Human Resources to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR Business Partners and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment with primary responsibility to provide support of daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, events, projects and relevant documents.

Responsibilities
• Provide project management support for Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives including but not limited to internal brand campaign (#TakeTheLead), performance management, workforce planning, etc.
• Partner with Internal Communications on monthly newsletter and other initiatives
• Manage and maintain internal contingent labor process, communications, and system
• Assist HRBPs, as necessary, with position management by opening and/or editing new and existing headcounts.
• Create and maintain HR Files ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with State, Federal, and Corporate recordkeeping requirements.
• Respond to general inquiries from employees and new hires, along with handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring a strong degree of judgment.
• Assist in conducting new hire interviews and collecting 90-day feedback on behalf of designated HRBPs.
• Conduct Starz new hire orientation in partnership with HRBPs and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Work collaboratively with HR Team to provide creative solutions to ensure positive employee experience.
• Assist with any on-site event planning and/or facilitation at the Englewood, CO office.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years of general HR experience
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and HRIS systems required.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and communication skills.
• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors a plus
• Entertainment or Technology industry experience, a plus

Compensation

$48,600 – $72,900
