Summary of Position

This role is responsible for managing timelines, updates and approvals of all creative assets for the STARZ App and STARZ.com, in alignment with Originals and Brand Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is able to track multiple deadlines and coordinate approvals based on brand and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor on-time delivery of creative assets for the STARZ App and .com.

• Initiate creative requests, legal approvals and deliveries for all assets for the Direct Response and Affiliate campaigns, like Hulu and Apple.

• Manage trafficking, QA and scheduling of weekly email marketing newsletters, ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

• Partner with internal creative and ops teams as well as external agencies to ensure correct processes, accurate creative, and on time delivery of assets.

• Monitor and update landing pages and marquees with designers and developer.

• Administrative tasks include updating internal tracking docs, such as budget and video grids, working with legal on SOWs for projects, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable, creation of presentation decks for QBR meetings, etc.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar discipline preferred; 5+ years of brand marketing experience

• Digital marketing experience required

• Television/entertainment industry experience preferred

• Experience working with internal creative teams and external agencies. Comfortable giving feedback on AV, print and digital creative

• Agency experience a plus

• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all delivered assets conform to brand and company standards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across departments

• Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confident manner under tight deadlines

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation

$72,200 – $88,650
