Summary of Position:

As STARZ continues to expand its footprint internationally via global streaming service STARZPLAY, available in 50+ countries, the Company seeks a Director, International Brand Marketing who will partner with the International Marketing team to drive brand awareness globally.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee brand strategy for STARZPLAY working in partnership with International Marketing team to meet business goals, and ensure alignment with overall STARZ brand

• Develop and execute elevated brand creative for STARZPLAY across all consumer touchpoints including A/V, print/outdoor, digital and experiential, working with internal creative services department as well as external agencies

• Lead brand campaigns in international territories, working closely with International Marketing team, media and research teams and other internal stakeholders and external agencies to implement

• Deliver brand A/V spots regularly to meet ongoing STARZPLAY promotional needs, including quarterly image spots, monthly ‘tune in’ spots, global sales sizzles, etc.

• Work closely with International partner marketing team, providing brand creative assets and approvals for launches and ongoing partner support, ensuring brand consistency

• Manage creative asset deliverables in support of Direct Response (DR) and app store optimization strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, analyzing performance of assets regularly and leading development of innovative creative concepts to test

• Collaborate with STARZPLAY App programming teams across all territories to determine content for marquees, collections, feature banners, etc. and lead development of creative assets to fulfill those needs

• Lead development and implementation of STARZPLAY brand guidelines

Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline preferred; 8+ years of brand marketing experience

• Television/branded content studio/entertainment industry experience preferred

• International marketing experience preferred

• Experience working with internal creative teams and external creative agencies. Comfortable giving feedback on digital, AV and print creative

• Strong leadership and management skills. Experience managing direct reports

• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all delivered assets conform to brand and company standards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across departments

• Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confident manner under tight deadlines

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience working in multiple languages is a major plus

• Oral/Written Proficiency in EFIGS (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a major plus
