Summary of Position

The STARZ Marketing & Creative Operations team offers long term campaign and creative planning, end to end project management, and cross-functional support to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, communication, and strategies throughout the business. The ideal candidate is an agile collaborator and committed problem solver, able to see the big picture and prioritize the day to day in the service of shared cross functional goals of marketing stakeholders and creative resources from a combination of both internal teams and external vendors. You have deep understanding of creative processes and will work to ensure transparent and timel y collaboration between marketing, operations, production and the creative teams to align workflows, ideate/execute solutions, oversee budget management, ensure timelines and delivery needs are met and provide a general framework of support to the department leads and creative teams. You will drive key projects in collaboration with your cross functional peers to establish an environment where individuals can do their best work, delivering against our standards for detail, process and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Directing a team of Campaign Managers, this role will lead operational aspects of marketing campaign management, creative production, communicating expectations, timelines, and end to end project management.

• Able to communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with a broad range of personalities and able to balance multiple priorities.

• Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, creative and operational partners, representing and balancing the needs and considerations of the Marketing and Creative Teams.

• Work closely with creative and producers ensuring development, delivery and general communications are consistent across all appropriate partners, both internal and external.

• Forecast workflow, assess future needs and identify assignments to ensure continuity across all Creative & Design team resources.

• Strategic critical thinking skills to build workarounds and determine how to best resolve issues, helping teams see around corners and promote time-sensitive and informed decisions.

• Establish standard methodologies, creative templates and budget recommendations for team use & implementation.

• Lead new employee & agency onboarding and training.

Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years of creative operations and/or content production experience, preferably at a major entertainment network or studio

• Expert in creative development process for 360 campaigns, with a strong emphasis on branding, static and motion deliverables

• Accustomed to handling a high volume of creative and campaign requests in parallel

• Financial savvy with experience forecasting and balancing budgets across multiple titles and quarters

• Experience using a variety of systems for planning, asset management and financial tracking

• International experience or experience working with global teams; strong understanding of localization standards and practices a plus

• Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and focus on key issues; adaptable to change

• Successful at delivering results by taking on a collaborative and team-oriented approach within a matrixed organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

$135,000 - $155,000
