Spotify's Payments team is responsible for managing the growth, stability and future direction of Spotify's approach to payments globally. The Payments Partnerships, Operations and Growth Optimisation team is responsible for managing today's payments business in line with Spotify's business goals and payment strategy. This includes managing a diverse range of partners, leading all aspects of payment operations, and optimising payments to enable Spotify's growth ambitions and ownership of payment fees.
