The fast-moving, high-impact Global Growth team at Spotify is responsible for engaging and educating our users, converting them from our free to the paid tier as well as retaining them as customers through marketing campaigns and programs.

The Growth Marketing Technology team within the Global Growth team is focusing on delivering best-in-class in-house marketing platforms and systems used by internal growth marketers across the globe, our mission is to enable the wider growth marketing teams to deliver highly personalized and relevant marketing communications to millions of users globally. In addition, we focus on building and optimizing tech-enabled marketing surfaces in partnership with our product teams.

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to join the Growth Marketing Technology team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our marketing platform and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve goals. This is a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting international organization.
