Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced product leader to lead advancement of Cyber Security at Spotify. Delivered from Spotify's Security Group, our mission is to enable Spotify to build and maintain safe products at speed and scale. By doing so we seek to enable every employee to work freely and securely-with an experience that makes Spotify one of the best places to work.

This is both a people and product leadership position. Your work will touch every employee at Spotify, setting the direction for all of Spotify's cyber security capabilities. This includes; detection & response, vulnerability management, cloud security, IT security, compliance engineering, risk management and more. You will interact with people across our entire company: other engineering teams, as well as employees in HR, Legal, Finance, Public Relations and more.
