Job Description
Spotify is looking for a Social Media Associate Manager to lead our global social efforts across the full spectrum of Pop, Rock, Indie and Dance music. This is a wide remit of impactful genres ranging from today's top global hitmakers to up-and-coming innovators, the icons of old and the newest of the new. Do you know as much about Bedroom Pop and Taylor Swift as you do about Tiktok and Instagram? This is the role for you.

This is a collaboration-focused role, with stakeholders ranging from internal marketing teams and executives all the way to labels, managers, and artists. The ideal candidate should be able to work cross-functionally while still driving all aspects of social within the overall campaign or channel. They have a keen understanding of their core genres as well as deep expertise in social channels and tactics.

Success in this role hinges on the ability to balance the desires of multiple stakeholders and their differing priorities, while innovating the ways in which campaigns benefit brand awareness and love across social media platforms. The SML must have the skills necessary to achieve consensus in a highly cross-functional environment, managing short-term campaign goals and long-term brand goals simultaneously. Most importantly, they must love the ever-changing worlds of social media and entertainment.
