Associate Director, Global Experiential & Content Production

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate live event producer/production leader that will join our Global Experiential and Content Production team and collaborate with the Comms, AdsBusiness, Brand, Product, Marketing, Creator and Artist teams to execute all creative and production needs for the Spotify activations and content globally. The production expert and senior producer we seek will build off platform experiences that connect artists, podcasters, Spotify band members and/or brands with their fans and constituents globally. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop creative executions that amplify our platform and bring it to life in a physical and/or virtual way.

You'll build scalable solutions to enhance the success of these events and drive business impact. You will establish and socialize processes to iterate and improve on what we deliver today. Above all, your work will change the way the world experiences audio
