Theatrical Coordinator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Overview
The key requirement of this role is to assist the localisation team with the audio and graphic localisation of dubbed theatrical features.
Key Responsibilities:
Dubbing/Audio
• Liaising with mastering vendors & dubbing studios when issues arrive with delivered audio.
• Travel arrangements for Printmaster attendee's / arranging remote review sessions
Graphics
• Assisting with the creation and updating Insert Report Templates
• Requesting and checking territory translations
• Overseeing the proofing to completion and delivery of elements
Subtitling
• Assisting with covering for the subtitle manager during annual leave and any other periods of absence.
Censorship
• Oversight of workflow for feature censorship within the Meta system
• Keeping accurate up to date records of censor cuts for features
General Departmental Admin:
• Raises all departmental PO's
• Handles any invoice or PO queries
• Creating DC Planner templates, requesting territories to fill it out with required information.
• Updating Interplan and other internal systems
• Runner and PIX account maintenance - including creating new accounts, new folders and access requirements
• PIX sends
• Ad-Hoc tasks to support the department as required (expenses, diary management, spreadsheets etc)
• General cover during other team members annual leave
Qualifications and / or Experienced Required
• Ideally, 1 to 3 years' experience of working in either feature or episodic production or post-production environment
• High level of organisation & ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines whilst maintaining an extremely high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic and confident
• Team Player
