Senior Coordinator, Digital

Based in our Seoul office, this role will work across all facets of digital marketing for Sony films. The Senior Coordinator will decipher and implement local marketing strategy and generate/execute integrated digital strategies and advertising, covering social and mobile, to support Sony movie releases in Korea. He/she should also be able to localize and utilize digital contents and provide strong digital support to the marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute creative ideas and thoughts to the development of local digital strategy of digital marketing and social media, mobile marketing and various platforms and categories
• Liaise with home office's digital team to execute digital activities for local market and formulate a framework that can be scales and repeated
• Plan, execute and take ownership on the digital marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives through close collaboration with local marketing team to generate and enhance traffic and engagement
• Create new Korea-specific content and adaptation of relevant Global content for local platforms
• Manage digital agencies to support projects and campaigns.
• Grow new digital platforms in mobile and social applications.
• Plan and own the digital work process, establishing good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for digital reporting/tracking and analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree qualification with specialization in marketing, communication, advertising, business administration, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing field
• Good command (spoken and written) in English and Korean
• Good communicator and a team-player
• Savvy in digital trend
